Are these not times that will try a man's soul (and woman's) ?
We all seem so busy these days just getting by. The financial hardships increase as the beast system demands ever more bricks be made with less straw.
The depravity of the filthy heathen continues virtually unchecked (just as planned) .... for to institute crime control measures that would bring forth immediate and apparent fruit is deemed "unlawful criminal activity" and will earn one a quick trip to their modern day torture chambers.
I cannot remember which character in history made the observation/quote, but it went something like - when those who rule over the sheeple get the equation out of balance, and it then becomes more desirable/profitable in as much that to resist yields far greater peace/justice/tranquility than to bow down willingly ... insurrection/rebellion is most probable. And likely. And I say amen.
There is a Godly principle there and Deut. 28 for one comes quickly to mind ... although there are many others.
Our folk worldwide have wondered and pondered that question for some time .... when ? When will enough be enough ? I'm included among this group. Will it be a somewhat united effort ... will it begin as sporatic individual behaviour ? I do not doubt nor do I discount the solid fact that God will have to be our guidance. His spirit will lead and stir us or our efforts will be in vain.
But I'm assured it's coming and it beckons right outside the door. Will we be found faithful ... prepared ... watching ? Big changes are coming and the naysayers can wail on with their denials and blasphemies all they want. I have no more time/energies/inclinations to argue with those who cannot be reached. Let us examine our hearts and minds, return to Christ with repentance and humbleness. Let us again enter the covenant God made with His people alone and become one with Him thru the Blood of Christ.
The time to cleanse the Kingdom is at hand ... let us be found written in His Book.

on another subject; did you hear that Pastor Applegate is no longer with Pastor Peters?! I heard it tonight and he said he will discuss it this Sunday.

I haven't checked the reloading situation but I wouldn't be surprised.
Pastor Peters made a passing comment about Pastor Applegate on the wednesday prayer meeting, near the end of the broadcast in response to a caller mentioning him. I think it has to do with this witchcraft thing that's going around.
Did you attend Pastor Peters service today, Jeff? Didn't say much on Pastor Applegate except that P.A. called him and told him he was quitting. Too bad, I really liked Pastor Applegate and was pleased to meet him when I was there.
Haven't made it there yet but I usually visit in the evenings if I aint too wiped out.
The enemy is really trashing Pete ... ya only have to surf the web to see how hard they try to villify him. In my book, that alone proves he's really at the fore.
Don't know of Pastor Applegates reasoning either but it makes ya wonder if he might of succumbed to it ...
or pressures of being associated with Pastor Pete.
I haven't checked out the net about it, I know that one of his inner circle broke loose and was spreading some stuff. I'll have to check and see what's going on. Pastor did a sermon about what goes on during their meetings and it didn't seem "satanic" to me.
I listened to a couple of his (Pete's)latest posted sermons in the archives last night. Plan on hitting another in just a minute if this lightening storm don't get too bad.
Noticed like you said, Pete didn't have much to say about it. Ended his quick comments with - for lack of wood (fuel) the fire goes out. He doesn't want to bad mouth anyone seeking God. He's been thru alot. Gotta keep 'ol Pete in our prayers.
I also wonder what all the hoopla coulda been about but reckon we oughta let it go too.

I gotta get more organized man ... there's so much blog work that needs to be done. Need to keep my vision focused on Christ and not be so distracted like I am ... which is so easy to do nowadays.
