One certainly has to wonder why if I have been called a @*#! liar, reprobate and general all around ill informed cretin - why do you frequent this blog so often ? To say that I can make the Bible say whatever I want it to, all the while admiting that a complete study of mentioned scriptures and the doctrines they profess as being true has not been honestly undertaken by yourself ... is an admission unto itself. Yes, I have the "bad" habit of searching the scripture and believing that it must all harmonize as so stated.

I have no desire to pick up where we left off, we both have tangible proof that we have been there, done that and now it is in Gods hands. If you want to make this a personal matter, go ahead. I know all I need to know and am convinced by actions already taken of where each stands. To all of us the Biblical maxim applies - if it be of God, it will prosper ... if of man, it will fail. Let God alone be true and all mankind liars.

Who are we to discount what is of importance to our God ? Although it has been stated by myself time and again that salvation is NOT determined by race alone, this matter of rightly understood identity is certainly foremost in Gods mind. This is the common thread throughout all of scripture and can only be denied, or at least belittled by those who may have other purposes in mind. Let's check on a couple verses -

This is the first and the great commandment.
ON THESE TWO COMMANDMENTS HANG ALL THE LAW AND THE PROPHETS.

Those who state that the crucifixion, death and resurrection of Christ in some way negates His law and puts it and the rest of His Word on the back burner, do so at their own peril. How indeed is Hebrews 8-10 misunderstood in light of all this ? What of the whole chapter of Galations 3 ?

Isn't it obvious which ADDED law is being spoken of here in vss. 16 on (note vs. 17) (Exodus 12:40-41) ...
(and be sure to side step vs. 27, even though vs. 29 qualifies it)

The mosaic law was codified upon the Israelites release from Egyptian captivity and the ordinances, sacrifices and such were then added. This is what was added that proved to be imperfect - only the blood of Christ can atone for our sins. Gods law had always been known by His people and will never pass away -

Why did Peter stipulate he ate no unclean animal ... surely he would know in this "new testament age" if Christ has so cleansed them all - Acts 10:9-28. The content clarifies that this is speaking of men, and not animals being validated ... as there is no correcting in scripture of his first assumption showing him to be wrong. Just a lil side note for those who want to revel in their supposed ability to partake.

Kind of got sidetracked somewhat but it all fits in. I'm posting several links and hope you will take the time to ponder these things. I have much I'd like to get posted but unlike some I've not had the time. Maybe more would pursue it if it was spelled and printed out - but what you earn by the "sweat of your brow" is more oft treasured and taken to heart. I need not try and convince anyone of anything myself. Truth is what we are to be searching for ... the effort we put into it is between the individual and God. Let's all make the most of the time we've been alotted and utilize the internet and discern the blessings that God has put at our disposal. May Christ be your guide.

Nay ... all is OK. It's more the mindset than the person, but all is good. I know I have a way of punching some buttons myself - reckon God will get us all where He wants us.
(I do have a "black bag" op going down in a couple nights if ya just gotta have a thrill though, or an "anx" ya need to work out - yer certainly welcome !)
