Grab yer shopping cart ...

.... or so seems to be the reasoning for some in the face of impending calamity or disaster . And we've all heard the nonsense about having to
" meet their needs " ... as in TV's , shoes and beer . Yeah , right .

These pictures were taken after the hurricane Katrina hit the U.S. in New Orleans . And at the moment , hurricane Gustav is heading for the Florida Keys with New Orleans in its probable path again .

Take a look at this link and see how some citizens are preparing . Is the emphasis on plywood and sandbags , food and water ... or are some finally awakened to the likeliness of what may once again befall them ?

I found this site on a link which is posted on my blog -

Another one I want to encourage you to read up on has some interesting things to say regarding jewish influences in rap music , gun control , book bannings , sex slave trade , hate laws and other methods to destroy our race and culture .

It wont always take a natural disaster to foment rioting and looting in the street . Seems it's taking less everyday to stir the savages into the streets ... for the natural desire to take , to destroy , to terrorize is there and continually growing . The excuses abound , if they even bother with them anymore .

None is so blind as he who refuses to see ... how's yer perception coming thru these days ?

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for your kind comments on my blog. I'm still checking out yours. Lots of reading, and I'm such a slow reader; often having to read the same sentence twice to sense the spirit properly. Do you agree with my sidebar 'statement of faith'?

I think we have a slight difference in our understanding of God, and I think it's important.

I believe that Yeshua (Jesus) is the Son of God, and that Yeshua came to earth. His Father is our father, and his god is our God. Yeshua is our Brother, and God's Spirit is in him, you, and me.

1Jn 4 tells us that Yeshua came to earth; not God.

The rest, again, is in the sidebar.

Blessings till next time,

CJ

Hey CJ ... appreciate yer visit . I did another double take at yer blog statements of faith and also yer profile -I understand man .

Yep , I certainly agree with 99 % of yer stated belief on the side bar and want to put extra emphasis on job well done concerning the necessity of baptism .

This is a scriptural truth I've wanted to build up to - I've alluded to prerequisites and posted relevant articles , but no one bites . Least ways , no feed back .

Why seem I so hesitant ? It's best put by an ol preacher - the only difference between a sinner and a unrepentant baptised sinner is that one is all wet and the other aint .

We must be convicted in our hearts and minds of the truthfulness of Gods Word and accept the Truth therein ... first . And to understand Biblically the error of our ways . Going thru the motions otherwise ... we only delude ourselves into a false sense of security .

I have offered these scriptures on my blog , either in profile or an article . I think most folks are too lazy to take the time required to look 'em up .

John 1 : 1 , 14
1 Timothy 3 : 16
1 John 3 : 16

You tell me what it says .

But how can this be , we ask ?

Well , I in turn ask -
how do you create worlds and universes from nothing . Where does the beginning ...
begin ?

If we suppose we can understand all things or apply explanations to the mysteries , depths and granduer of God , we have no concept of the futility of our quest . Or the immensity of God .
Sometimes faith must suffice til Christ says we are ready for additional insight .

Remember , spiritual growth is dependant upon acceptance of what He has already revealed to us as Truth .
If we resist at stage , say level 3 , why should He take us to level 5 ?

But this is usually where the scoffers rant and rave . Professing themselves to be wise they become fools . Only time will convince them otherwise .

I wonder if you would be offended if I ask if you are in fact a white man ( woman ) ?
This point being another burr under most folks saddle but it is relevant indeed .
But don't put more into it than I have .

Take care and hope to talk with ya soon .
Let us all continue the quest for deeper understanding of His Word and Will ... wherever it may take us .

In reference to yer stated verse -

1 John 4 , with probable emphasis on vs. 12 ( note 5 : 7 also ) ...

First I would say , this would have to fit into context with the scripture I've already quoted , as we know scripture cannot negate scripture . The lack of correctly applying continuity is a shortcoming on our part .

What is John doing ?
He is warning the brethren of the deceivers , those who portray false christs - that is , inaccurate portrayals . Some even likely professing they have seen God - " I had a vision ".

What sayeth Christ Himself in
John 10 : 30 - 39 .

None have seen God in all His glory - did not Moses have to hide his face ? He could not look upon Him for fear and trembling .

Scriptures for thought brother ...
